E-3001
Fault image coming soon
One or more supply voltages are outside their target range. The system fails to start or drops out intermittently.
Possible cause: A faulty power supply or an electronic fault on the power distribution board.
E-4044

Streaks, dead zones or artefacts appear in the ultrasound image as individual channels fail.
Possible cause: Faulty beamformer channels or a crystal defect in the probe.
E-0007

The system stalls during boot-up or restarts repeatedly.
Possible cause: A software or storage fault, or a defect on the mainboard.
