Error code E-0007
System start-up hangs
Error code E-0007 means the system start-up hangs. The ultrasound system stalls while booting, freezes on the loading screen or keeps restarting. Usually the cause is a fault in the software or on the storage drive, less often a defect on the mainboard. Both can be repaired manufacturer-independently.

The system stalls during boot-up or restarts repeatedly.

How we proceed
Diagnosis
We read out the boot sequence and check whether the system fails on the software or the hardware side. Storage media are tested for read errors, configuration and calibration data are backed up. Only once a hardware defect is confirmed do we move to component level.
Repair
We fix software and storage faults by reinstalling the system and restoring the backed-up calibration, without losing your settings. If the fault is on the mainboard, we repair at component level instead of swapping the whole board. Including a test report and warranty, usually within 1 to 2 working days.
