2. Collection of Personal Data

Personal data is collected on this website in two ways:

• Data you provide, for example when you send us an enquiry via the contact form, by e-mail or via WhatsApp.
• Data collected automatically when you visit the website, technical data such as browser type, operating system, IP address and the time of access (see the „Hosting" section).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access the website, Vercel, acting as our processor, automatically collects information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, IP address and the time of the server request. This data serves the secure, stable and technically error-free provision of the website.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in the reliable and secure presentation of our website. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Vercel. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is done on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. For individual convenience features (such as remembering your search input during your visit), we use only technically necessary storage in your browser's session storage. This data remains locally on your device, contains no personal information and is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab.

No consent is required for this under Section 25 (2) TDDDG (formerly TTDSG); a cookie banner is therefore not necessary.

5. Web Analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)

To evaluate website usage statistically, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a service provided by Vercel Inc. Collection is cookieless and without storing personal data: no cookies are set, no IP addresses are stored permanently and no user profiles are created. Only aggregated, anonymous metrics (e.g. page views, country of origin, device type) and anonymous events for reach and conversion measurement (such as submitting an enquiry) are evaluated. No conclusions can be drawn about individual persons.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a needs-based and economical design of the website). As no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent under Section 25 TDDDG is required.

6. Google Maps

On our contact page we embed map material from the Google Maps service (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). For data protection reasons, the map is only loaded once you actively click „Load map". Until then, no data is transferred to Google.

By clicking „Load map", you consent to your IP address and possibly further data being transmitted to Google and potentially processed in the USA. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. Your consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. 7. Contact Form, E-mail and WhatsApp

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form or by e-mail, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract, and on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR otherwise. The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

If you use the WhatsApp button, the WhatsApp messenger service (provider: WhatsApp Ireland Limited, a company of the Meta group) opens with a prepared message. Only when you send the message yourself is the data you have entered transmitted to us via WhatsApp and processed by WhatsApp. Please do not transmit particularly sensitive data via WhatsApp. Alternatively, you can reach us at any time by e-mail or phone.

8. SSL / TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address bar changes from „http://" to „https://".

9. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to:

• obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data stored by us deleted,
• request restriction of data processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing, in particular against direct marketing,
• withdraw any consent given, with effect for the future.
